To access the Settings menu, press the hidden button (watermark gear icon) once in the bottom right corner of the screen. You’ll need to use your passcode to log in.
This is what you'll see:

You'll see the following menu items:
- Check network: Click here to verify if your network configuration is functioning properly.
- Set volume: Adjust the sound level to customise the Aborted Purchase alert sound according to your preferences.
- Sync configuration: Restart the app here to apply the latest updates. Please note that the kiosk will take up 2 minutes to sync configuration.
- Reboot Kiosk: Use this option to restart the device. Please note that the kiosk will take up to 5 minutes to fully reboot.
- Ctrl-Alt-Del: You can access the admin settings here: when interacting with our support team, you might need to use these settings as requested.
- AI training: Manage your inventory, create reference pictures of the products to train the AI, and adjust product level settings. This is the menu item you'll be using frequently, possibly every day.
💡 Tip: If you swipe right on the starting screen, you can immediately access the ‘AI training’ menu after providing your passcode. This is a quicker way to navigate to your inventory if you need to take new reference images.
