If you see this error message at the bottom of the screen: “(VENDOR) POS API ERROR - Please contact support”, start with a simple reboot (Settings menu → Reboot kiosk).
If the reboot doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll need to reach out directly to the POS vendor, as this issue typically involves communication with their system.
