The Weigh & Pay feature is designed for meals priced by weight.

When customers place their plate on the kiosk, the kiosk will detect if the meal is priced by weight and prompt them to move the plate to the integrated scale, which is placed next to the kiosk.

The most common use case for this feature is the salad bar.

On the scale, the item will be weighed, and the correct amount will be automatically added to the customer's basket.

It’s important for customers to keep their items on the scale until the transaction is complete to ensure accurate weighing. 

If there are multiple types of weighted salad products, such as bowls or takeaway options, customers will see a pop-up screen to confirm the correct product.

To streamline the process, please provide us with the tare weights (the weight of the plate or container). We will set this up so that the tare weight is automatically deducted from the total when customers weigh their salads. You can reach out to our customer service here!
